Human and wild

Freedom of a bird

Courage of a lion

Loyalty of a dog

And grace of a peacock.

Apparently tamed is human

Yet in stifling chains

But the untamed and wild

Appear far more civilised.

Envy and malice reign supreme

Love and compassion remain unseen

A distant thought is pure humanity

You call yourself Human, O idol of vanity!

Ergo, rise and awaken

Discover yourself, and

Replace strange civilisation

With untouched wildness.

Fearlessness of a hawk

Hard work of an ant

A cuckoo’s sweetness

And the power within yourself.

Sadness

Sadness. A tiring word indeed
Strange melancholy like a weed.

A queer exhaustion in bloom
Floating above a dark cloud of gloom.

By faith, I don’t know why I am so sad
But it looks everything is happening bad.

Yet, life goes on like a spinning thread
A sumptuous meal tastes a rancid bread.

It is but a phase we all pass through
A time we don’t know what to do.

So, sail across it with a patient mind
Soon everything will turn kind.

Depth

Each star is a sun in itself
Each drop an ocean
Look how deep a speck is
If you have that vision.

In your eyes is the universe
A journey of paths unknown
Each word tells a story
A cry in every moan.

Greatness is but depth
Mediocrity but shallowness
So embrace every little moment
Forgetting everything else.

Let each act be a service
A tribute to creation
Or rather a projection
Of your inner passion.
